Conversation
It starts with your space: plans, photos, a feeling you can’t quite name. We listen first, then sketch directions together — scale, palette, mood — until the idea has edges.
Design & Quotation
Within two weeks you receive drawings, glass samples and a fixed quotation. Nothing proceeds until every detail — down to the cord length — is exactly as you imagined it.
Making
Our gaffers blow, cut and finish your piece over four to eight weeks. We send progress photographs from the hot shop, and you are welcome to visit the furnace in person.
Installation
White-glove delivery, professional installation and dimming calibration. We don’t consider a project finished until the light feels inevitable in your space.
