Warm glowing glass pendants in the studio

Our Story

Glass artists at work inside the Lumière Atelier studio
Since 2012

One furnace, fourteen hands, endless light

Lumière Atelier began with a secondhand furnace and a stubborn idea: that lighting should be made the slow way. Fourteen years later we still blow every shade by mouth, still anneal overnight, still sign each piece before it leaves Brooklyn.

Our artists come from Murano, Prague, Seattle and Kyoto — different traditions, one shared patience. The result is lighting that doesn’t just illuminate a room; it gives the room a pulse.
